Professor Ding Ying's Experience in the Treatment of Children with Enuresis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To summarize the experience of Professor Ding Ying in the treatment of children with enuresis. Methods: According to the TCM theory and clinical experience of Professor Ding Ying in treating children with enuresis, and based on the typical cases, the understandings of the etiology and pathogenesis of this disease and its treatment were discusse. Results; Professor Ding regarded that the main pathogenesis characteristics of enuresis was deficiency in root and excess in manifestations with deficiency of the kidney as the root and orifice obstruction by turbid phlegm as the manifestations, so she put an emphasis on strenthening the root and unblocking the orifices , stressed on warming yang and nourishing kidney to stop enuresis, dredging phlegm and inducing resuscitation and restoring consciousness when giving presicriptions and formulas and was experienced in using dodders in clinical practice. Conclusion: Professor Ding Ying has abundant experiences in the treatment of children with enuresis, which are worthy of learning for references.关键词
