益肾活血片联合厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病临床研究
Clinical Study on the Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy by Yishen Huoxue Tablets Combined with Irbesartan

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effects of Yishen Huoxue tablets combined with Irbesartan on the treatment of diabetic ne-phropathy. Methods ;78 cases of diabetic nephropathy with blood stasis and kidney - yin deficiency were randomly divided into two groups with the treatment group of 40 cases and the control group of 38 cases. Patients of both groups were given foundational drug treatment for diabetes, while the control group was given Irbesartan tablets based on the foundational treatment and the treatment group was given Yishen Huoxue tablets combined with Irbesartan. Results: There were no significant statistic differences in urinary albumin excretion rate and urine β2 - microglobulin levels of both groups (P >0. 05). After treatment, the level of the declination of serum cystatin ( cycC) in the control group was higher than the treatment group(P <0. 05) . Conclusion: Yishen Huoxue tablets can definitely promote Irbesartan in the control of blood pressure, and have certain clinical significance in the well control of blood pressure and further improvement of kidney damage.关键词
