IgA肾病的中西医研究述评
Review of Study on IgA Nephropathy Treated by Integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore an ideal treatment solution of IgA nephropathy,so as to provide the best therapeutic schedule for different patients. Methods: Through the viewing of relevant data of both traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine and clinical observation, the pathogenesis and current therapeutic schedules were understood and curative effect of IgA nephropathy was evaluated. Results : The pathogenesis of IgA nephropathy was still not clear and western medicine had no radically curable therapies yet. However, traditional Chinese medicine had certain curative effect on the treatment of IgA nephropathy by applying syndrome differentiation and treatment or specific prescription therapy. Conclusion: Combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine treatment is an ideal treatment scheme of IgA nephropathy. By taking the advantages of TCM and western medicine, the best therapeutic schedule for different patients can be provided through the use of western medicine, Chinese medicine or integration of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine according to the specific conditions of patients. But this plan still shows many problems when carried out. For example , syndrome differentiation and classification of TCM and effect evaluation standards are not uniform and evidence of EBM in clinical study is insufficient and needs to be further explored.关键词
