中西医结合治疗狼疮性肾炎临床研究
Clinical Study on the Treatment of Lupus Nephritis by Integration of Traditioanal Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effects of integration of TCM and Western medicine on the treatment of lupus nephritis. Methods ;58 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group with each of 29 cases. The control group was given Methylprednisolone and Cyclophosphamide. The treatment group was given TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment based on the treatment of control group according to different stages of using Methylprednisolone and Cyclophosphamide. The variation of ds - DNA, complementC3, urine protein in 24 hours, serum albumin, function of kidney were observed after a treatment of 24 months, and the side effects during the application of hormone and CTX were observed. Results: Therapeutic effects of both groups were compared. Among 29 cases in the treatment group, 6 cases obtained complete relief ( 20. 7% ) , 16 cases were significantly relieved (55. 2% ) ,6 cases were partially relieved(20. 7% ) and 1 case was ineffective (3. 4% ) ;Among 29 cases in the the control group, 3 cases obtained complete relief (10. 3% ) , 8 cases were significantly relieved (27. 6% ) ,6 cases were partially relieved (20. 7% ) and 2 case was ineffective (6. 9% ). Comparion of the therapeutic effects of both groups showed the difference was statistically significant. Laboratory indicators in the treatment group was significant superior to the control group ( P < 0. 01) ; side effects of hormone in the treatment group were obviously reduced compared with the control group(P <0.01) . Conclusion: Integration of TCM and Western medicine has notable effect in the treatment of lupus nephritis.关键词
