肠易激综合征与炎性肠病关系的研究进展
Research Progress on the Relationship of Irritable Bowel Syndrome and Inflammatory Bowel Disease
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the connection and difference between IBS and IBD. Methods: The clinical examine indicators and results used to distinguish IBS and IBD, and the overlaps of pathogenesis and treatment between IBS and IBD from the aspect of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine respectively were summarized, then new opinions on differential diagnosis and research were proposed according to the summarization of the relationship between IBS and IBD. Results:IBS and IBD had similarities on the aspects of etiology .pathogenesis, clinical manifestation and treatment, etc. But the pathogenesis of IBS was related to many factors, such as psychology, central pivot susceptibility of viscera, heredity, environment and enteric bacilli. Ulcerative Colitis was resulted from the combined actions of inherited susceptibility, immune response, enteric cavity internal factors and surroundings. Conclusion: There exists not only connection but differences between IBS and IBD.关键词
