Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effects of Liqi Huoxue Huazhuo Decoction on the treatment of hyperlipoidemia of qi stagnation and blood stasis type. Methods: 115 patients were divided into two groups by the method of random number table according to the sequence of treatment. The treatment(70 cases) was treated by Liqi Huoxue Huazhuo Decoction (Prescription components: angelica 10 g, red peony root 15 g,Chuanxiong 10 g,peach kernel 10 g,the Safflower 15 g,leech 6 g,wined rhubarb 10 g,Alisma 12 g,the haw 30 g, cassia seed 30 g,dried tangerine peel 10 g,fleece -flower root 30 g,Poria 15 g,Salvia 15 g) ,one dosage per day;the control group(45 cases ) was given Zhibituo tablet, three times one day with three tablets each time. All patients in both groups were treated for one course of 8 weeks and therapeutic effects were analyzed after one course of treatment. Results: Effective rate of the treatment group was 90. 00% .while the control group was 68. 89% . Comparison between both groups showed their difference had statistical significance,and the treatment group was superior to the control group (x2 =8.179,v = l,P =0.004 <0. 05). All patients finished the study on time, and presented good obedience to medicine and no obvious side effects were observed during treatment. Conclusion: Liqi Huoxue Huazhuo Decoction has good clinical effects on the treatment of hyperlipoidemia of qi stagnation and blood stasis type.关键词
