安度更年汤联合尼尔雌醇治疗围绝经期综合征临床研究
Clinical Study on the Treatment of Perimenopausal Syndrome by Integration of Andu Gengnian Tang with Nilestriol Tablets
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore clinical therapeutic effects of integration of Andu Gengnian Tang with Nilestriol Tablets on the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome. Methods:57 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was given Andu Gengnian Tang with a combination of Nilestriol Tablets, while the control group was given western medicine of Nilestriol Tablets,Vitamin E,Vitamin C,Vitamin B, ,oryzanol and calcium,with a treatment course of three months. Endometrium was inspected through B - mode ultrasonography and functions of kidney and liver, level of serum E2 were examined before and after treatment respectively. Results: Symptoms of perimenopause in both groups were obviously improved after given medicine. Curative effect of the treatment group was superior to the control group in controlling the symptom of perimenopause ( P <0. 05) ,and had little adverse effect. Level of serum E2 in the treatment group was higher than the control group( P <0. 05). Thickness of endometrium had no obviously change before and after the treatment (P > 0. 05 ). Conclusion: Integration of Andu Gengnian Tang with Nilestriol Tablets can effectively control the symptom of perimenopause with safety and reliability, which is significantly superior to the single application of western medicine,so it is a kind of quite perfect therapy.关键词
