Abstract
Objective:To discuss the clinical effects of Buyang Huanwu Tang on the treatment of diabetic peripheral nerve lesions. Methods: 84 patients of diabetic peripheral nerve lesions were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group of 43 cases. The control group was given the single application of regular Western medicine therapy; the treatment group was treated with the Buyang Huanwu Tang (composed of Raidx Astragali 30 g, Angelica sinensisl5 g,Ligusticum wallichi 15 g, Radix Paeoniae Rubra 15 g,Caulis Spatholobi 30 g,lycopodium clavatum30 g,lumbricus 15 g.Carthamus tinctorius 15 g,Radix Achyranthis Bidentatael5 g,Pachyma co-coslS g,Rhizoma Dioscoreae 15 g,Radix paeoniae alba 15 g,Glycyrrhiza uralensislO g). Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90% ,and the control group 77. 7% . The two groups had significant statistical difference(P <0. 01) . Conclusion:TCM method of tonifying qi and activating blood has great therapeutic effects on the treatment of diabetic peripheral nerve lesions.关键词
