名老中医治疗肝癌经验研究评述
Study Comment on Famous Aged Physician's Experience in the Treatment of Liver Cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To summarize famous aged physician's experience in the treatment of liver cancer. Methods: Famous aged physician's experience in the treatment of liver cancer were collected, concluded and summarized, and research was carried on from the aspects of etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment,application of formulae and medicine and clinical experience. Results : Liver canner was a kind of tangible evil mainly caused by the accumulation of qi-stagnation, blood stasis, heat-dampness, phlegm and heat poison resulted from the longtime depression of emotion,accumulation of heat and dampness,poisonous insect and alcohol poison. Then the cancer poison was generated based on that and the combination of cancer poison and tangible evils leaded to the occurrence of liver canner. It could be treated according to the symptoms and syndrome differentiation and treatment so as to achieve the aim of regulating yin and yang. Strengthening healthy qi and eliminating evil qi. Conclusion: Constructive therapeutic experience has been proposed through summarizing famous aged physician's experience and continually studying and exploring, thus providing abundant theoretical basis and clinical experience for later generations.关键词
