中西医结合治疗缓解期的慢性阻塞性肺疾病临床研究
Clinical Research on the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease in Remission Stage by Integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine

Abstract
Objective: To explore the clinical curative effect of the integration of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on the treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) in remission stage. Methods: 130 cases of COPD patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The control group was treated by sustained-release theophylline capsules; the treatment group was given Qingfei Granule for the syndrome of turbid phlegm obstructing lung and Erchen Zhike Granule for the syndrome of phlegm and heat congesting lung on the basis of the treatment of the control group. Then the clinical curative effect and mortality were observed after a treatment of six months, and times of staying in hospital and whole cost of treatment in six months were counted. Results; Clinical curative effect, times of staying in hospital and whole cost of treatment in the treatment group were all superior to the control group, but had no statistical significance (P > 0.05); Compariaon of mortality in the two groups showed there was no obvious difference. Conclusion:Comprehensive therapeutic schedule based on the syndrome differentiation and treatment has advantages,and has certain effects on COPD,which is worthy of further research and evaluation.关键词
