Abstract
Objective;To investigate the clinical curative effect of Shenqi Tablet in the treatment of recurrent aphtha. Methods;80 patients with recurrent aphtha were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was orally taken Shenqi tablet,4 tablets every time,3 times per day. The control group was orally taken multi-vitamin tablet,one tablet every lime,once a day. With one month as a course of treatment, medications were stopped and curative effects of patients were observed after three courses of treatment with a follow-up period of half a year. Results; In the control group,none case was cured,2 achieved excellent effects,21 were effectively treated,17 were ineffectively treated,and the effective rate was 57.5% ;in the treatment group,2 cases were cured,23 a-chieved excellent effects,8 were effectively treated,7 were ineffectively treated,and the effective rate was 82.5%. Differences of effective rates in two groups had statistical significance after statistical analysis (P < 0.05 ). Conclusion: Shenqi tablet has notable clinical curative effect in the treatment of recurrent apntha.关键词
