血管性痴呆毒损脑髓病机浅析
Brief Analysis on the Pathogenesis of Vascular Dementia Poisonously Damaging Encephalon
摘要
Abstract
Objective;To discuss the pathogenesis of vascular dementia (VD) poisonously damaging encephalon. Methods-.Understandings of traditional medicine and modern medicine on VD were summarized and analyzed through reviewing literatures. Results: Deficiency of kidney was the original factor of VD; maladjustment of five viscera, mutual stagnation of phlegm and blood stasis were the key factors for the occurrence of VD; mutual stagnation of phlegm and blood stasis and accumulation of poisons were the central pathogenesis of VD;Minifying kidney and removing stasis were the core of treatment. Conclusion:Mutual resistance of phlegm and blood stasis in brain system, accumulation of poison eroding brain system and corruption of encephalon are the core pathogenesis of VD, therefore, nourishing kidney and dispelling evil should be its basic therapy.关键词
