Abstract
This article introduced the pipe forming, expansion, welding process, and methods for sampling and sample preparation of X90 grade large diameter SAWL pipe, studied the performance and microstructure of X90 steel plate, and the mechanical properties after JCOE process, such as tensile properties for the pipe body, DWTT properties, and CVN properties. The results showed that the performance of X90 steel pipe after JCOE process fully meet the requirements of API SPEC 5L-2007 Specification for Line Pipe, and portion performance high than specification requirement, the conformity rate is up to 98%.关键词
