Abstract
Towards the safety issues about helicopter during shipboard launch and recover operations,all safety factors that influenced the launch and recover operations were analyzed using FMECA method and a fish bone model was established to summarize all reasons.Typical failure modes were identified and the failure modes effect and criticality analysis were carried out according to pre-built criteria.The resulted FMECA sheet has instructive aids to take proper measures for accident prevention and loss reduction.关键词
