原位臭氧氧化污泥减量工艺的运行效能
Performance of in-situ ozonation sludge reduction process

Abstract
With the use of the ASBR/SBR in-situ ozonation sludge reduction process,the influence of in-situ ozonation oxidization of SBR sludge on the SBR sludge yield and effluent quality was extensively studied.Two same combined ASBR/SBR reactors were operated with or without a batch-type ozonation dosage for 40 days.The ASBR/SBR reactor without the ozonation dosage was operated as the control reactor.The 0.027 g O3/g MLSS ozone dosage was added in-situ intermittently into the SBR aeration sludge every three cycles.The results showed that the SBR excess sludge reduction ratio and sludge yield rate was about 43.9% and 0.1447 g SS/g SCOD,respectively with the in-situ ozonation.However,the sludge yield rate of the control combined ASBR/SBR was about 0.2580 g SS/g SCOD.No extra inactive sludge was accumulated and the sludge settalbility was improved obviously with the in-situ ozonation.The reactor effluent quality was hardly influenced by the in-situ ozonation.After three cycles operation,the effluent COD,NH+4-N,TN and TP average concentration were kept about 47.8mg/L,0.76 mg/L,14.1 mg/L and 6.4 mg/L,respectively.The effluent COD,NH+4-N,TN and TP removal rates were reduced by 4%,2%,3% and 7.7%,respectively compared with the control one.The effluent COD,NH+4-N and TN concentration could meet the effluent emission Level 1 A Standard of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wasterwater Treatment Plant(GB18918-2002).关键词
