摘要

Abstract

Using a sealed manometric respirometer testing system which was designed by the authors,based on the activated sludge models(ASMs),the autotrophic biomass of activated sludge in 5 different wastewater treatment plants(WWTPs) were tested and studied.The results show that the autotrophic biomass(48.15 mg COD/L) in ECOSUNIDE process was higher than another 4 WWTPs(17.2~37.5 mg COD/L).The study shows that the ECOSUNIDE process can increase the biomass of autotrophic bacteria in activated sludge effectively.
