微生物菌剂对好氧填埋垃圾稳定过程的影响
Effect of compound microbial inoculant on stabilization of aerobic landfill waste

Abstract
To shorten the stabilizing time of aerobic landfill,bioaugmentation was proposed to accelerate the stabilization of landfill.Using artificially experimental model,the impact of compound microbial inoculant on the stabilization of aerobic landfill was studied.The results showed that compound microbial inoculant reduced landfill pollution load,causing more noticeable drop in leachate COD,the total mass of COD of leachate in the whole period of landfill was 20.20% lower than the control group.The biotransformation rates of nitrogenous compounds greatly increased.Ammonia nitrogen reached the peak value 6 days in advance,and then dropped rapidly.The concentration reduction of ammonia nitrogen to less than 25 mg/L was 22 days earlier than the control group,which met the requirements of ammonia nitrogen discharge of leachate according to GB16889-2008,and the total mass of ammonia nitrogen of leachate was 9.15% lower than the control group.The total yield of leachate was reduced,the cumulative yield of leachate volume was 8.29% lower than the control group during the whole period of landfill.Complex microbial accelerated the degradation of organics in waste,and made the degradation more thoroughly.Compared with the controlled groups,the total organics and dry weight of waste decreased by 8.82% and 35.95%,respectively,while the settlement amount of waste increased by 6.35% at the end of landfill.关键词
