摘要

Abstract

Large-scale preform was fabricated in the spray forming equipment with twin-scanning atomizing. A φ600mm forged disk can be attained after hot isostatically pressing and hot die forging. This paper investigates the microstructure and properties of spray formed CH4169 after direct aging treatment. The results indicate that the preform exhibits refine microstructure and grain size is about ASTM10. The second phases are mainly composed of 8 phase, carbonitride,γ' phase and γ" phase. The alloy shows better combination properties, including tensile property and stress rupture life, compared with conventional wrought alloy.
