摘要

Abstract

The tensile strength and high cycle fatigue testing properties were studied for TC4/TC17 liner friction welded joint of blisk in aircraft engine. Test results show that an excellent tensile and fatigue properties of welded joint can be obtained after post-weld heat treatment(temperature:630℃ ,longtime 3h). The room and high tensile strengths of TC4/TC17 LFW joint are between those of the TC4 base metal and TC17 base metal, and which is higher than that ot the TC4 base metal. The high cycle fatigue strength can reach 95% of that of TC4 base metals.
