Simulation of Residual Stress Field Resulting from Shot-peening Process of Powder Metallurgy Superalloy
摘要
Abstract
Two kinds of 3d finite element model was established, using elastoplasticity material property, infinite element boundary and ABAQUS/EXPLICIT;for the single shot impact model,the study examined the effect of shot velocity, interfacial friction,the time interval of shots and the number of repeated impact which may influence the residual stress and plastic strain distribution of shot-peening process; The influence of peening coverage on the residual stresses field was investigated using a realistic multiple impingement model.关键词
