Experiment Study for Doubtful Defects Indications on Radiographs of DD6 Single Crystal Blade
摘要
Abstract
For the doubtful defects indicated on radiographs of DD6 single crystal blade, the article described the study from theoretic analysis and the practical experiments. Based on analyzing the materials characteristics and casting technique, DD6 single crystal blade was considered as probably with some internal metallurgical defects such as cavity. And some experiments were designed to collect 11 pieces of blades and cut them, then contrast were performed of the section with the corresponding radiographs. Conclusion is that, all these doubtful defects are not real internal metallurgical defects, but surface defects. Because of the number of sample blades is limited , the conclusion will be further conformed and so as to follow up and validate continuously.关键词
