B93铝合金热加工特性模拟研究
Study on Simulation of Hot Processing Behavior of B93 Aluminum Alloy

Abstract
The hot processing behavior of B93 aluminum alloy under various deformation temperature and strain rate was studied by Gleeble 1500 thermal simulator. The processing map was calculated according to the dynamic material model. The instability zones of flow behavior was obtained by the maps. The results show that the microstructure of alloy is influenced by deformation temperature and strain rate,the flow stress values decrease with the rise of temperature and increase with the rise of strain rate. And the optimum hot processing parameters were also attained by the maps, which the deformation temperature was around 420X1 and the strain rate was 0.001 s-1.关键词
