鹿茸对小鼠肿瘤及免疫功能的影响
Effects of velvet for the tumor and immune function in tumor-bearing mice
摘要
Abstract
In order to understand the inhibition of velvet to mice bearing-tumors,it was established a mouse tumor model by S180 sarcoma and H22 tumor,and the mice were randomly divided into blank group,model group,high-dose group of velvet,middle-dose group of velvet,low-dose group of velvet,CTX group,ten mice in each group.The tumor growth had been observation,and to calculated the inhibition rate,spleen index,thymus index.The results showed that velvet can enhance the inhibitory rate in mice,the inhibitory effect is proportional to dose,and the function of Immune organ can been enhanced,so the velvet had indirectly anti-tumor effect.关键词
