摘要
Abstract
With the rapid development of economic globalization and the increasing competition between enterprises,enterprises set a higher demand on professional competence of accountants,so it is imperative to construct the adaptable evaluating indicator system of professional competence.Through the analysis of research status at home and abroad about the evaluation of professional competence, the main reason of the incomplete evaluation system is the lack of the evaluation about professional competence at continuation education stage.Therefore this paper constructs the comprehensive indicator system in which individual characteristics are thought to the chief indicator at the continuation education stage.关键词
