摘要
Abstract
An experiment was used to study the effects of different fertilizing treatment on rice quality of Longxiangdao2 by single- factor and randomized block design.The results showed that,except head rice rate,the chalkiness rate,chalkiness, protein and amylase content of milled rice under humic acid organic fertilizer treatment was significantly lower than under conventional chemical fertilizer treatment.The use of 450 kg-hm-2 humic acid organic fertilizer as the base could obviously improve grain appearance and taste quality of Longxiangdao2 under the condition of the tested soil and could be applied to the production of high-quality rice in cold关键词
