畜炎宁治疗奶牛子宫内膜炎疗效试验
Therapeutic Efficacy Experiments of Xuyanning in Treating Endometritis of Dairy Cows
摘要
Abstract
Cow endometritis was a common puerperal disease caused by bacterial infections,which causes economic losses. To realize the varieties and drug resistance of the clinical case of pathogenic bacteria of endometritis, bacteria of postpartum vaginal secretions of dairy cows of suffering endometritis was isolated and identified as well as drug sensitivity tested.In clinical trials, HaiZheng Xuyanning and the Chinese herbal medicine which the main component was wild chrysanthemum, honeysuckle and dandelion were selected as comparative efficacy trial to determine the effects through the uterine and vaginal recovery before and after the treatment. The results showed that the bacteria of endometritis was mainly Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas, Bacillus cereus, Streptococcus pneumoniae and Bacillus subtilis. Single infection proportion was 24.4% and mixed infection proportion was 75.6%. Drug susceptibility test results indicated that Xuyanning was the most sensitive. Clinical trials confirmed that Xuyanning group of intramuscular injection had the highest efficiency which was 78.75%. Xuyanning group of uterine perfusion was 75% while the control group was only 50%.Therefore, Xuyanning could be used as the first choice of therapeutic drug in the treatment of cow endometritis.关键词
