摘要

Abstract

Aimed at investigating the occurrence of accidents in inclined shaft, this paper introduces the identification of dangerous source of every step by selecting job safety analysis method, evaluation of the risk value using risk matrix method, preparation of list of job safety analysis ( JSA), and development of control measures designed for risks. The contrast shows that JSA list is of greater application value than traditional list, thanks to a shorter job rule, stronger pertinence, and easier access for grassroots manage- ment and technical personnel.
