Abstract
In order to provide reliable theory basis for flax molecular marker and molecular breeding, the orthogonal design was used to optimize SRAP-PCR amplification system at 3 levels of 4 factors in flax(DNA template, primer, Mg^2+ ,dNTPs). The most suitable SRAP-PCR reaction system for flax was total 20 μL containing 75 ng DNA template,0.75 μmol·L^-1 primers,1.5 mmol·L^-1 Mg^2+ ,0.40 mmol·L^-1 dNTPs and Taq DNA polymerase 1.5 U.关键词
