秋水仙素对肇东苜蓿根尖细胞染色体的影响
Effect of Colchicine on Root Tip Chromosome in Zhaodong Alfalfa
摘要
Abstract
In order to understand the effect of colchicine on root tip chromosome of Zhaodong alfalfa,root tip cells of Zhaodong alfalfa were induced by different colchicines concentration（0.01%,0.05%,0.10%,0.15%,0.20%）and treatment duration（12,24,36,48 h）.The change ofchromosome,mitosis index and cell doubling index of Zhaodong alfalfa root tip cell were observed.The results showed that colchicine induced variation in Zhaodong alfalfa root tip cell chromosome doubling and the observed chromosome number was 32,64 and 128.The metaphase mitotic index was as high as 18.51% when root tip cell was treated for 12 hours in 0.15% colchicine.The cell doubling index reached 11.57% as tip cell was treated for 24 hours in 0.10% colchicine.关键词
