新疆呼图壁县农村宅基地流转的现状分析
Status Analysis on Rural Residential Land Transformation of Hutubi County in Xinjiang
摘要
Abstract
The status of rural residential land transformation of Hutubi in Xinjiang was surveyed to standardize the market and improve intensive use of the rural land.The results showed that minority farmers were willing to improve the living standard by selling their rural residential land,but most farmers preferred to rent residential land.There were too many phenomenon about illegal trade,illegal occupation of land and waste land.It was thought that farmers did not have much knowledge of the transfer of residential land and the current policies couldn＇t support various forms of rural residential land transformation and other issues.In order to promote the rural residential land transformation it proposed that it should be given a clear defined of rural residential land,paid money when using the residential land,improved the registration system of residential land.关键词
