摘要
Abstract
At present affordable housing construction in China is most concerned about the livelihood issues.Its design and construction are still a continuation of the traditional way,restricting the realization of peoples＇ wellbeing.This paper,based on the residential industrialization perspective,with the target of houses for habitat,presents that clear definition of property rights system should be made in affordable housing design,and we should have green design concept,integrate decoration system,and build the open software platform to promote faster and better development of affordable housing.关键词
