摘要
Abstract
Since 1980s, affected by the scarcity of fresh water resources, decline of soil fertility serious threat of desertification,frequent occurrence of pests and diseases, deterioration of environment and other factors,the growth rate of the world food tends to slow. The growth rate of consumption is greater than that of output,leading to shortage of the world food stocks,rising of the world food price,and then further enhancing the imbalance among regions of food production and consumption. According to the needs of national security and the development trends of food science and technology,wheat cultivation development direction was analyzed and put forward from eight aspects, including reasonable utilization of fine wheat varieties, high yield and quality cultivation, efficient use of resources,stresses and disasters fighting,improvement of soil fertility,simple mechanical cultivation,pollution-free and health management,and low-carbon cultivation.关键词
