Physiological Response of Sorghum with Different Genotypes to Salt Stress
利用250 mmol/L NaCl溶液对河农16和623B高粱幼苗进行盐胁迫处理0h、2h、4h、6h、8h、12h后,测定其可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸、叶绿素和丙二醛含量,并测定超氧化物歧化酶以及过氧化物酶的活性.结果表明:河农16和623B在盐胁迫下各生理指标有不同的变化趋势.可溶性蛋白、总叶绿素含量、过氧化物酶活性在短时间盐胁迫下变化不明显,在6h或8h时表现下降.脯氨酸、丙二醛含量、超氧化物歧化酶活性变化不大或最终表现为上升趋势.623B在盐胁迫…查看全部>>
The seedlings of Sorghum bicolor varieties HN16 and 623B were treated by 250 mmol/ L NaCl solution for different times (0 h,2 h,4 h,6 h,8 h and 12 h),and the contents of soluble protein, proline, chlorophyll and MDA,POD activity and SOD activity were determined to study the salt resistance of different sorghum varieties.
