不同基因型高粱品种对盐胁迫的生理响应
Physiological Response of Sorghum with Different Genotypes to Salt Stress

Abstract
The seedlings of Sorghum bicolor varieties HN16 and 623B were treated by 250 mmol/ L NaCl solution for different times (0 h,2 h,4 h,6 h,8 h and 12 h),and the contents of soluble protein, proline, chlorophyll and MDA,POD activity and SOD activity were determined to study the salt resistance of different sorghum varieties. The results showed that there was difference between HN16 and 623B in physiological and biochemical indexes under the salt treatment. In a short period,the contents of soluble protein,chlorophyll and POD did not change obviously,while they presented a downward trend at 6 h and 8 h. The contents of proline ,MDA and SOD showed little difference,or presented an upward trend. As for 623B,the contents of soluble protein,chlorophyll, POD and SOD appeared much more than those of HN16 under the salt treatment, but the contents of proline and MDA were lower. Overall,the salt resistance of 623B is relatively stronger.关键词
