温肾泄浊汤治疗中期慢性肾衰合并甲功减退症80例临床观察
Clinical observation on the treating of mid-term chronic renal failure accompanied with impairment of the thyroid disease with warming kidney and reducing turbidity decoction

Abstract
Objective: To explore the clinical effects of the treatment of mid-term chronic renal failure accompanied with impairment of the thyroid disease with warming kidney and reducing turbidity decoction. Methods:The 60 cases were randomly divided into two groups, namely, the treatment group and the control group. In both groups, the western routine method was used; in the treatment group, the 80 cases were given the warming kidney and reducing turbidity decoction for oral adminis -tration, the course of which was two months. Results:The total rate of the treatment group is 83.75%, which is superior to that of the control group 67.5%(P<0.05). In terms of improving the symptoms of the patients, there exists significant difference in the treatment group compared with the control group(PP<0.01或<0.05); in terms of clinical effects, the treatment group can improve the index of Bun、Scr、FT3、FT4、TSH and etc, with significant difference compared with the control group(PP<0.01或< 0.05). Conclusion:There exists significant effect in treating chronic renal failure accompanied with impairment of the thyroid disease with warming kidney and reducing turbidity decoction.关键词
