HPLC法测定广西壮药血风藤中大黄素的含量
HPLC determination of emodin in root or stem of ventilago leiocarpa
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determination of emodin in root or stem of ventilago leiocarpa by HPLC. Methords:Ultimate XB-C18 column was used as chromatographic column.The mobile phase wasmethanol-0.1% phosphate acid (70:30).1.0mL/min,and detection at 245 nm.The colimn temperature was maintained at room temperature.Results: The calibration curve of emodin was in good linearity over the range of 9.92-89.28 (μg/raL). Conclusion:The average recovery was 101.28%,with RSD of 1.67%(n=6). The method is convenient, sensitive, reliable and suitable for determination of emodin in Root or stem of ventilago leiocarpa.关键词
