摘要

Abstract

Objective: To explore the efficacy of Danzikangxi granules in the treatment of the knee osteoarthritis.Method: Rabbits were randomly divided into 6 groups,Other than the normal group, Danzikangxi granules high dose group、 medium dose group、low dose group(Short for Danzi high、medium、low dose group)、model control group and Zhuangguguanjiewan group(Short for Zhuanggu group) were, respectively, in 1、4、7 days a week injection of 0.5 mL 4% papain.And then rabbits were treated with drug or water.Observing the general condition of articular cartilage and detecting water ratio of articular cartilage and alkaline phosphatase of serum.Results: The difference in rate of moisture between model group and normal group was statistically significant (P<0.01).The differences in rate of moisture between Danzi high、medium、low dose group、Zhuanggu group and model group were statistically significant (P<0.01). The differences in the content of alkaline phosphatase between model group and normal group was statistically significant (P<0.01). The differences in the content of alkaline phosphatase between Danzi high、medium、low dose group 、Zhuanggu group and model group were statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion:Danzikangxi granules can adjust the content of moisture and alkaline phosphatase of serum of the knee osteoarthritis of rabbits ,and high、medium dose better than low dose.
