气膜孔布置形式对发动机中心锥冷却与红外抑制特性的影响
Investigation of Effect of Hole Arrangement on Cone Cooling and Infrared Radiation Characteristics

Abstract
Infrared suppress characteristics of the cone of nozzles with different forms of holes, were investigated. In the front of the cone, the holes were decorated by different forms. The temperature of blade and cone walls were effectively decreased by the secondary channel gas which crossed through blades. The radiation of cone in 3~5 μm was inhibited effectively, the maximum of being down is by 41% comparing to the nozzle without cone cooling. Radiation in 0-30° range from behind the nozzle decreased obviously.关键词
