水冷壁气化炉熔渣流动的实验研究
Experimental study of slag flow on membrane wall in entrained-flow gasifier

Abstract
The core idea of membrane wall-lined gasifier is ' using slag to protect the gasifier' , so the study on the slag deposition and flow law is especially important. With Shenfu slag, diesel oil and pure oxygen as raw materials, the slag deposition and flow were studied in a lab-scale membrane wall-lined entrained-flow gasifier via endoscope and digital image processing technology. The results show that when the temperature of gasifier is higher than that at slag critical viscosity, the slag in the surface is in molten state; the char particles reached the reactor wall are mainly captured by the molten slag layer; the slag flow velocity is influenced by the slag surface temperature, that is, the higher the temperature, the faster the speed. The slag velocity is about 0. 002 6-0. 003 m/s under the experimental conditions.关键词
