Abstract
Chemical reactor plays a very important role in the equipment system of chemical industry, and it is extremely important to the study of hydrodynamic characteristic and mixing condition for better comprehension of it and enhancing the efficiency of volume. Moreover, the analysis of residence time distribution (RTD) provides a very useful tool for evaluating the hydrodynamic characteristic of reactor. The results are helpful in its design and operation. Based on trace-answer technology, the design methods of hydrodynamic characteristics experiment were described, including the rule of choosing tracer, the methods of experiment and the requirements of operation, and providing instruction for hydrodynamic characteristics. Besides, the matters needing attention and the measures to avoid errors during data processing were discussed. By different methods for calculating the mean residence time (MRT) , the meaning and relationship of which were discovered. Different reactors might have the same RTD curve. Therefore, a RTD curve doesn't correspond to only one kind of reactor or hydrodynamic characteristics. Basing on RTD theory, various hydrodynamic characteristics corresponding to different residence time distribution were determined, thus providing basis for analyzing curves of experiment.关键词
