凡纳滨对虾“黑精荚”病防治方法的研究
Prevention and treatment of the ＂black-spermatophore＂ disease in Litopenaeus vannamei
摘要
Abstract
In this paper, the causes for the ＂black-spermatophore＂ disease in Litopenaeus vannamei were investi- gated and the prevention and treatment meathods were figured out. The results showed that the ＂black-spermatophore＂ disease is caused by the bacteria infection when the male broodstock is cultured in the dirty sediment for a long time. The ＂black-spermatophore＂ disease can be prevented or got rid of and new spermatopho- res can be reformed by keeping the bottom clean, squeezing out black spermatophore, feeding high-quality food, and keeping water temperature below 30℃. The combination of chlorine dioxide and norfloxacin can be used to efficiently restore the function of spermatophores and prevent the ＂black-spermatophore＂ disease.关键词
