海水淡化轴向柱塞泵的虚拟样机技术研究
Virtual prototype technology for axial piston pumps used in seawater desalination

Abstract
In order to develop a high pressure axial piston pump for sea water reverse osmosis(SWRO) desalination project,the main performance and mechanical dynamics properties of the pump were predicted by virtual prototype(VP) technology.The solid model of the pump was created after the structural design,and then the rigid-flexible mixture mechanical model of the pump was constructed after the kinematic constraints were imposed and key components were flexible in solid model.The hydraulic model of the pump was created by the analysis of dynamic pressure and flow,and then the VP model of the pump was established by the combination of the mechanical model and the hydraulic model.By the VP model and corresponding simulation,the kinematics and dynamics characteristics of the moving parts and joints,the dynamic pressure and flow rate at the outlet of the pump,the dynamic equivalent stress and strain of key components were acquired.Results show that the main performance of the pump meets the design requirements and can be run at a higher pressure level for significant strength margin of key components.关键词
