Abstract
To evaluate the effectiveness of airborne ECM system,which is an important subject in aeronautical ECM field,and which is also related to many indexes and factors,is a complex question,in which information about specification is incomplete and vague.The grey system theory is a powerful tool to settle this kind question.In this paper,an effectiveness evaluation index system of airborne ECM system is built,which can reflect the airborne ECM system capacity generally and impersonally.Though experts system provides the evaluation scores and sets the weight,it structures the whitenization weight functions to quantize the experts' evaluation descriptions in unity and applies grey arrangement analysis method to evaluate its effectiveness.In the end,case analysis shows that this method is effective and viable.关键词
