摘要

Abstract

Taking the 15,000m3/h air separation unit for the example,the process flow of the air separating oxygen generator is introduced,and based on the above technology,the air separating DCS control system is designed.The DCS system takes ABB AC800F as the controlling core,and is assisted by the BENTLY 3500 serial vibrating and displacement monitoring system,so as to realize the data monitoring,controlling,alarm and interlock of the whole air separating unit.The control theory and key control methods of anti-surge controlling is analyzed in detailed.Then,the controlling method of the anti-surge controlling valve is also illustrated.
