摘要
Abstract
This paper presents an IGBT driver based on 1SD1548AI. Its pre-driver circuit, the gate resistor, over-current and short circuit protection and external blocking capacitors are analyzed in detail. Experimental results show that the driver designed can be used for high-power inverter applications and can realize the driving and protecting of the IGBT module.关键词
