摘要

Abstract

In order to meet the demand of data store of high-speed digital CCD sensor, this paper introduces a design of high-speed elec tric storage system based on Nand Flash. The high-speed electric storage system has an interface of cameralink circuit, data file management function and FTP function, the maximum storage capacity of which is 3.84TB and the highest write-in speed of which is 3. 2Gbps.
