Abstract
With the distributed generation being accessed into the distributed networks, it changes the distributed networks' traditional single radicalized structure and makes the tide of the distributed networks from single flow to uncertain flow, causing the relay protection of the distributed networks mal-operation or non-operation. The paper tries to modify the protection fixed value on the premise of not adding any primary apparatus. It makes the fixed value meet the demand of the distributed networks relay protection after being modified. Taking the inverse time over-protection for example and aiming at how to solve the problem of the protection fixed value, firstly, it establishes a mathematical model of the inverse time over-protection, converts this problem into a non-linear integer planning. Secondly, it proposes a new method of using the plant growth simulation to resolve this optimizing problem. Lastly, it constructs a fundamental distributed networks model, uses this intelligent optimal algorithm to programme on MATLAB to realize this fixed value optimization. Through the simulation results, the feasibility of this intelligent optimal algorithm is verified.关键词
