摘要

Abstract

This paper analyzes the optimal reliability allocation issue of digital substation systems, and proposes an optimization allocation method for engineering applications. Based on the minimum cost allocation method, the paper introduces a feasibility-cost model to establish non-linear planning, and uses the generalized reduced gradient method to find the optimal feasible solution. After that, the equivalent redundancy coefficient is used to measure the importance of the components. By realizing redundancy in the most important component, the reliability of the whole system would be increased in a most effective way. Taking a transformer bay in a typical 110 kV substation as an example, the reliability allocation calculation and the redundancy scheme are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
