Abstract
In order to study the nonlinear optical properties of C60 derivative, a new bridged C60 derivative was prepared through the interaction between 5-(2-methylthio-4-methyl-5-pyrimidinyl)-2, 4-pentadiyne-l-olsorbate and C60 The molecular structure was identified and characterized by MALDI-TOF-MS, IR, UV-vis, 'H NMR, DEPT and 13C NMR spectra. The optical nonlinear properties were investigated by .z-scan technique and optical limiting experiment with Q-switched , double frequency ns/ ps Nd:YAG laser pulse. The experimental results show that the values of third-order optical nonlinear susceptibilities x(3) and nonlinear absorption coefficient β. The lower value of optical limiting clamp of C60 derivative were also found. It has a good optical limiting performance.关键词
