Determination of Trace Elements in Internal Organs of Healthy Adult Domestic Mink
摘要
Abstract
Trace elements in animal body are involved in many important life activities. In the paper, the microwave digestion-atomic absorption spectrometric was used to detect Cn, Fe, Zn and Mn concentration in heart, liver, spleen, lung and kidney of healthy adult domestic mink, and the results were compared with wild mink which had been reported by the other researchers. These results will play important signif- icance on mink growth process and growth status. The method is simple, reliable, and has good precision and accuracy.关键词
