摘要
Abstract
In order to know parasitic diseases such as trichomonal infection of the cage blue peacocks in wild animal rescue centre in Hunan Province, 48 the cage blue peacocks from 3 farms were investigated. According to clinical symptoms of the ill birds, pathological changes of the death cases and laboratory de- tection by the method of saturated brine float, centrifugal precipitation to examine oocysts with mi- croscopy, the diseases of the birds were diagnosed. The results indicated that the captive blue peacocks got the diseases mixed the Trichomonas and other parasites. Abnormal sting nematode infection intensity was ＋＋ , coccidian infection ＋＋＋ , Ascaris lumbricoides ＋ and mortality rates was 8.3 %. At the same time, the infectious status of captive blue peacocks was analyzed completely and control measures were suggested to control the disease successfully.关键词
